How do I download my guide?
After purchase, a download link is sent to your email address within 60 seconds. Open the email and click the Download Your Guide button. Your PDF opens immediately in any browser or PDF app — no special software needed.
I haven't received my download email.
Check your spam or junk folder first — automated emails sometimes land there. If it is not there after 5 minutes, email us at support@getfolioguides.com with your order number and we will resend it immediately.
My download link is not working.
Try opening the link in a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). If it still doesn't work, contact us at support@getfolioguides.com and we will resolve it within the hour.
Can I download my guide more than once?
Yes. Your download link never expires. You can use it any time from your original order email. We also recommend saving the PDF directly to your device for permanent offline access.
